Combine all of the above and it’s clear you’re looking at the real deal – an affordable robot cleaner that packs a real punch. As for how these claims to fame measure up in practice, we’ll be coming to that a little later in this Eufy RoboVac 11S review.
Design, Shape, and Size
As touched upon above, the Eufy RoboVac 11S is every bit the sleek, slender and lightweight vacuum cleaner you’d expect from any leading brand. According to the manufacturer, the official shape and size specifications of the Eufy RoboVac 11S are as follows:
Property | Value |
---|---|
Product Dimensions | 12.8 x 12.8 x 2.85 inches |
Item Weight | 5.72 pounds |
Max Suction Power | 1300Pa |
BoostIQ Technology | 2nd Gen |
Dust Collector Capacity | 0.6L |
Noise Level | 55dB |
Product Height | 2.85 in |
Climbing Threshold | 0.63 in |
This means that not only is the RoboVac 11S much quieter than many comparable robot vacuums, but it’s also far more lightweight and slender enough to get under awkward furniture and fixtures. The fact that it’s a cordless cleaner also helps.
It’s also a pretty gorgeous appliance to look at, available in black or white with a polished exterior that’s easy to clean with a quick wipe.
App or No App?
The RoboVac 11S doesn’t support Bluetooth connectivity and therefore does not come with a corresponding mobile app. However, the remote control that does come with the kit makes it easy to activate, control of program all the various features and functionalities of the device in seconds.
It’s always good to have a mobile app where possible, but I can say with confidence that the Eufy RoboVac really doesn’t need one.
Performance
Getting down to business, how does the Eufy RoboVac 11S perform when put to the test?
Well, first of all I can confirm that exactly as promised, this is one of the easiest robot vacuums to operate you’re ever likely to come across. The Eufy RoboVac 11S Manual included in the kit is clear and concise from start to finish, making it easy to set everything up and find your way around the remote control within a couple of minutes.
The 11s features a handful of different cleaning modes, which can be activated or switched using the remote control. There’s Single Room mode for giving a smaller space a good clean for around 30 minutes, while Edge mode is specifically designed to run along the edges of the room against the wall for a 20-minute clean.
Then there’s Spot Cleaning mode that focuses on a more confined area for 2 minutes, working in a spiral pattern. If preferred, you can also use the remote control to manually direct the RoboVac 11S around the room, which can be surprisingly satisfying!
In any case, I found the Auto mode to be the most efficient and versatile of all, getting to work on a variety of floor coverings and cleaning a decent-sized living room with no trouble whatsoever. The fact that it can keep on running for up to 100 minutes is an absolute godsend – particularly if you happen to have kids or pets (or both) about the place like we do.
Rather than simply dying on the spot, the RoboVac 11S is designed to automatically return to its charging station when the battery is depleted, so as to be ready to go next time you need it.

Competing Products
The Eufy RoboVac 11S is perhaps most closely rivalled by two alternative devices – the Ecovacs DEEBOT N79S and the Eufy RoboVac 11 Max.
Eufy RoboVac 11 Max
Taken from the same collection as the 11S, the Eufy RoboVac 11 Max is a higher-performance variant of the vacuum at a slightly higher price. Most of its primary specifications and features are identical to those of the 11S, though the maximum suction power of the Max can go as high as 2,000Pa.
Ecovacs DEEBOT N79S
Likewise, the Ecovacs DEEBOT N79S is relatively identical to the RoboVac 11S in terms of power, performance, features and functionalities. The biggest difference being that the Ecovacs DEEBOT N79S is Bluetooth enabled and comes with a mobile app – it can also be controlled via Alexa, if preferred.
Conclusion
In summary, you’d have to be critical in the extreme to find something genuinely negative to say about the Eufy RoboVac 11S. It wasn’t long ago that you’d be looking at price two or three times higher than this to pick up a robot vacuum cleaner even half this good. Today, the quality and performance you can take home for around the $200 is simply remarkable.
Of course, you could argue that the Eufy RoboVac 11S doesn’t boast some of the more complex features and functionalities the most iconic robot vacuums on the market bring to the table. But at the same time, you also can’t deny the appeal of keeping way more cash in your wallet and still benefiting from a robot vacuum that works like a dream.
